Do I have to wear a mask?
It is your choice whether or not to wear a mask while in the building.

What information do i need to make a reservation?
All reservations are held by a credit card. If you are unable to make your session, call to cancel at least 24 hours prior without penalty. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of full price.
if i am late for a reservation, what should i do?
Please make every effort to alert us if you are running behind. We will try our best to accommodate you, but note that if you arrive late for an appointment, it may result in a shortened treatment. Anything longer than 15 minutes may be required to be rescheduled.
In the case of appointments that cannot be shortened (like waxing), it will be determined once you arrive if ample time is left to perform the treatment. If any appointments need to be rescheduled due to lateness, it will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid fees, please let us know 24 hours or more prior to your reservation if you need to make a change or cancel.
Where can I park?
Downtown Annapolis offers several parking garages for public use; the closest of these to Sadona Salon + Spa is Gott's Court Garage located at 25 Northwest Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. A map and daily parking rates can be found here.

Do you cater to bridal parties?
Yes, we offer both on and off-site bridal treatments including Hair, Makeup, Nails, Lashes, and Massage as well as a private staging area. See our Treatment page or give us a call for more details.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we offer private lockers to safely secure your belongings.

When should I arrive for spa treatments?
Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This allows for enough time to check you in, complete intake forms, change and relax prior to your table time begins.
